As part of our fully managed service at 10% we will:

Manage the property on behalf of the landlord and hold keys throughout the tenancy.

Market the property and advertise on relevant platforms.

Offer accompanied viewings.

Collect a deposit and register it with one of the government approved tenancy deposit schemes.

Offer guidance and compliance with local landlord accreditation schemes.

Collect rent due to the landlord and hold it in a client account. Provide written statements showing income and expenses.

Liaise with tenants regarding any management or maintenance issues they may have.

Instruct proven and trusted contractors to carry out repairs and obtain quotes where necessary.

Arrange gas, electricity and EPC certificates where necessary.

Conduct inspections of the property at agreed intervals.

Carry out a full inspection and inventory check at the end of the tenancy.

Provide out of hours emergency call-out for tenants.
